MARVIN M. SMITH
Being a member of the Idaho State Bar and Utah State Bar, Mr. Smith practices primarily in the areas of hospital law, medical malpractice, insurance law, general litigation, alternative dispute resolution, mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Smith holds an "AV" rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Smith received his Juris doctor degree in 1977 from J. Reuben Clark Law School - Brigham Young University (cum laude). He was a member of the Law Review. He published a case note: 1977 B.Y.U. L. Rev., Vol. 2, 493. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University in 1975 (magna cum laude). He was a member of Phi Kappa Phi and a recipient of the "A" pin.
He is a former president and secretary of the Seventh District Bar Association. He chaired the committee for the new Bonneville County jail facility. He served as a board member for the Bonneville County Museum. He was a bencher and founder of Inns of Court (Eagle Rock).
Mr. Smith's previous employment consists of: District Judge for the Seventh District, State of Idaho (1991 - 1996) Magistrate Judge, Seventh District, State of Idaho (1988 - 1991). He practiced as a partner with Anderson Nelson Hall Smith, Idaho Falls (1996 - 2009), practiced as a partner with St. Clair, Hiller, Wood, McGrath, St. Clair & Baker, Idaho Falls (1981 - 1988) and also as a partner with Webb, Burton, Carlson, Pedersen & Paine, Twin Falls, Idaho (1977 - 1981).
JEFFERY W. BANKS
Mr. Banks concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of civil litigation, family law, personal injury, medical malpractice defense and insurance defense.
He was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 1995 upon graduation from the University of Idaho Law School. Mr. Banks was a member of the law review as an editor and member of the editorial board. He published a lead article in the Idaho Law Review, Defunct Marriage: Its Possible Application in Idaho Divorce Law. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University.
Mr. Banks is a member of the Idaho State Bar and of the American Bar Association, the medical, litigation and family law sections. Mr. Banks was formerly a partner with Anderson Nelson Hall Smith.

Mr. Smith was admitted to the bar in 2004 and is a member of the Idaho State Bar, Federal District of Idaho and the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He received a Juris doctor degree from the University of Idaho in 2004. He was a member of the Idaho Law Review and served on its Board of Editors. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Boise State University in 2001 (cum laude).
Mr. Smith is a member of the Litigation Section of the Idaho State Bar, Idaho Association of Defense Counsel and the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.
